a. Goals for 2023: Increase awareness. Sue to work on securing a grant for to hire staff
b. OPPAGA & 2023 Fall Audit – no follow up from agency after multiple requests
c. EIN / FEID & annual tax filings, Updating Bank account signers – treasurer needed
6. New Business Discussed:
a. Identifying and reaching out to local producers – working on setting up Zoom for meetings
b. AFCD Board Meeting Synopsis given by Sue
c. Mission, Vision, Statement of Function reviewed & accepted
d. Poster Contest – Lisa to get more info
e. Approved: add “compliimentary agencies” page to website. Put meeting dates online
f. Reviewed questions asked by Charlotte County Commissioners
